We have an immediate vacancy for a Head of Human Resources (m/f/d) in

our HR Department

Sparring partner for management and executives in all HR topics and labor law
Definition and implementation of procedures to optimize recruitment at the right time and place with accompanying efficiency and cost control
Management of the employer branding process
Conceptualization and implementation of assessment centers and development programs for executives
Development and management of processes for identifying, promoting, and retaining employees
Development of attractive compensation models and general strategies for employee retention
Planning, evaluation, and management of personnel data and measures based on KPIs, and recommendation of suitable optimization measures to contribute to the achievement of company goals
Promotion of corporate and leadership culture as a role model
Management of change processes and organizational development topics
Initiation of digitization processes and lean office
Management and negotiation of personnel-related restructuring processes
Personnel management

Completed studies, e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, or Law
Excellent, practically acquired knowledge of labor law, preferably in a production environment
Professionalism in dealing with works councils and trade unions
>5 years of operational work experience including payroll, of which at least 2 years include personnel management
Proven, practically acquired experience with restructuring processes
Experience in change management and transformation situations
