Your tasks
- Supporting and advising employees and managers on all HR-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Managing and accompanying the full recruitment process
- Preparing and drafting employment contracts, references, and certificates
- Maintaining employee master data and managing personnel files
- Assisting with HR projects and contributing to the development of HR processes
- Acting as an interface to payroll
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with additional HR qualifications or a degree with a focus on HR
- Initial professional experience in operational HR work
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software
- Strong communication skills, discretion, and a structured, solution-oriented work approach
- Knowledge of preparatory and support tasks related to payroll
