Working Student Obsolescence Management (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Working Student Obsolescence Management (m/f/d) 20 hours/week for our main location in Düsseldorf as of 1 September
Your tasks
- Technical support for documentation as well as organization and storage of CE and UKCA documents in SharePoint & Profile
- Maintenance and continuous update of the website as well as optimization of technical documentation
- Creation and maintenance of electronic documents, data sheets, and metadata for improved web analysis
- Development of templates and tools for standardizing operating manuals and technical documents
- Collaboration with external editorial service providers and support for photo and illustration recordings for marketing and web design
Your profile
- Enrolled from the 5th semester onwards or a master's candidate in a technical degree program (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics with a focus on Multimedia Documentation, Technical Editing, Communication Systems & Network, Product & Media Design, etc.)
- Strong technical understanding and ability to present complex content in a comprehensible manner
- Careful, structured, and independent working style
- Confident handling of MS Office; ideally some experience with editorial systems
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities in German and English
