Test systems for increased availability
Kiepe is an expert in testing electrical systems and components for rail vehicles and electric buses and these tests are carried out in the workshops of our customers.
The aim is to test the quality and availability of parts and assemblies and to make timely decisions on whether to exchange or repair components and/or sub-systems. Kiepe has an extensive range of test systems, both for Kiepe products and for third-party devices supplied by manufacturers including, but not limited to: Siemens, AEG, Bombardier, Transtechnik, Powertech, etc.

The Kiepe Applicant Tracking System (ATS) allows the workshop team to inspect assemblies and systems on site.

Digital workshop tablet
Our new digital workshop tablet requires only one individual to quickly pre-commission the the vehicle for revenue service. Through vehicle-2-vehicle communication, the functions of the vehicle are initiated and checked with the workshop tablet. The data is compared live with the KFM system.
