according to Section 15 Paragraph 1 Sentence 5 of the Packaging Act in Germany, all end users must be informed about the possibility of returning packaging that is not subject to system participation, as well as about the meaning and purpose of this possibility of return and disposal.

As a responsible industrial company and specialist for electrical systems for transport companies, fleet operators and vehicle manufacturers, Kiepe Electric GmbH undertakes the legal and environmentally friendly disposal of waste and materials such as cardboard boxes in accordance with the Packaging Act.

As manufacturers, we are responsible for complying with the legal requirements for the prevention, reuse and/or recycling of waste and materials.

The packaging of our products must therefore not be disposed of via municipal waste collection (e.g. yellow bag, blue bin and other solutions). Instead, you have the option of returning it to Kiepe Electric GmbH or our partners free of charge. In this case, the freight costs are at your expense. To ensure that returns are processed smoothly, please coordinate larger quantities with us in advance.

We would also like to point out that as a customer and partner of Kiepe Electric GmbH, you are not obliged to return the packaging delivered to us.

A corresponding registration in accordance with Section 9 Paragraph 1 of the Packaging Act was carried out with the Central Packaging Register Foundation (ZSVR), whose website can be found via this link.
